As far as I know, the shirt color cannot be changed once a
design is up for vote. It may, however, if it is accepted for printing. So. Please vote for the design, but if the shirt color is unacceptable, just indicate what color you'd want. Personally, I like green, but I can understand blue or other choices. I could see the design on many other color shirts too. I think people should be able get it on whatever color shirt they want. |

I think the colours would look okay if they were reversed. People are expecting to see a black whale and red squid so this throws them. Makes sense on blue.

I think that perhaps the colors of the sea creatures might be better transposed, since giant squids are red/pinkish in color. I like the green shirt, but I also think blue would look good, too.

The second I saw it it reminded me of They Might Be Giants Apollo 18 album cover. Not that that's bad I guess. And this is animated too. Just saying that was my first thought.

Well, it is traditional imagery. There are many paintings on
the subject. Perhaps it's something in the water :) To be honest I made this about a month ago and just sat on the design. |
