He is showing me how to ride a bike
The contrast between the childlike sketch and the detailed boy is great. It was very unexpected!
I like it
Dad, you shouldn't smoke.
a sure $5 i love it
No seat on the bike?
i wish bike was detailed too
I really like this one! But would also like a seat on the bike and the bike to match the style of the kid, think that would make it awesome.
oh, that is really cute!
Amazing concept....I just wish the contrast was even greater, there was a smile on the sun and maybe a house with a crudely drawn mother in the window....basically, more picture to fill in the space and really contrast things up. Great idea as always tho A-man!
Easily the best T shirt Ive seen here on Threadless so far.
Without a doubt.
I LOL'd my arse off. (literally)
$5 I loved it long time
its so weird i like it
haha, the dad is terrifying. So funny, $5
this is fairly incredible. $5.
love the contrast between styles. Very melancholic
I like the concept, but to me the boy looks to clip-art generic. I think it's the closed eyes.
AND NO HELMET?!?!?!?! jk.
this is so special! love the idea
where did you get this photo of my dad?
i like the idea of mixing child drawn and realistic, ive been wanting to see that for a while. this shirt isnt something i would be interested in though.
Concept is nice. I would resubmit this at some point, but I think you should make the child-drawn part more child-like. As it stands now, it looks like a person who knows how to draw (you) is trying to draw sloppy. It's difficult to draw poorly when you can draw well. I would suggest having an actual child draw that portion. I would also draw it organically, with markers or crayons as opposed to doing it on the computer. I think this will help further juxtapose the two styles.
hey! thanks on for that! :)
hey 4fives i've seen your comments on many subs. you give really good critiques that are actually constructive and honest. keep it up.
