The contrast between the childlike sketch and the detailed boy is great. It was very unexpected!

No seat on the bike?

bobobob1230

i wish bike was detailed too

V1ctorya

I really like this one! But would also like a seat on the bike and the bike to match the style of the kid, think that would make it awesome.

Amazing concept....I just wish the contrast was even greater, there was a smile on the sun and maybe a house with a crudely drawn mother in the window....basically, more picture to fill in the space and really contrast things up. Great idea as always tho A-man!

Magpie_king

Easily the best T shirt Ive seen here on Threadless so far.

I like the concept, but to me the boy looks to clip-art generic. I think it's the closed eyes.

AND NO HELMET?!?!?!?! jk.

ilovedoodle

this is so special! love the idea

awesometodd

where did you get this photo of my dad?

ehrady

i like the idea of mixing child drawn and realistic, ive been wanting to see that for a while. this shirt isnt something i would be interested in though.

Concept is nice. I would resubmit this at some point, but I think you should make the child-drawn part more child-like. As it stands now, it looks like a person who knows how to draw (you) is trying to draw sloppy. It's difficult to draw poorly when you can draw well. I would suggest having an actual child draw that portion. I would also draw it organically, with markers or crayons as opposed to doing it on the computer. I think this will help further juxtapose the two styles.
