fantastic work for a first submission! and fantastic earth-loving design. the branches could be slightly less angular, because i think even if it were a little harder to tell that it was the continents in the tree, if you could look at if for a minute and then go "ohh that's totally africa" it would be effective as well. i wish you all the best and i really hope to buy this someday :) 5.

Neat idea. I'd like if the continents were more "abstracted" so that they blended with the tree more, and it didn't look as cut-n-paste. 4

I like the angular branches, it reminds me of phylogenetic trees. Go evolution!

igo2cairo on Feb 07 '08 I really love the concept and it's a good first sub, but the style and execution and just isn't working for me. I wish it was less angular and more flowing, with maybe some interesting textures/colors/details. But still, it's a great idea and worth re-subbing if you work on the design. Best of luck!

I love the concept! Making the branches more 'natural' might be an improvement but it looks fine the way it is now.
The only suggestion I have is to make the image a bit smaller, especially since the edges might disappear into the wearer's armpit at its current size. |
