good t-shirt design, but reconsider your presentation—that font is awful. also the 3d thing isn't working, it just makes the image more lo-res looking.

mezo on Feb 05 '08 Interesting concept that looks pretty good on the shirt- even the 3D glasses effect I usually hate looks cool here. I would tweak the skull a little, make it way more subtle by removing the 3D effect, that'd make a nice visual contrast. Also, try a soft faded out gradient to make it more like a real shadow. 3

I think your presentation is fine. I'm not a huge fan of the placement though. Maybe shift it down and to the left a little? Have the skull part wrap around? Then I think you could make the watch a little bit bigger.

Cool design. I say black shirt. Asphalt might be cool too, but floating in black accentuates the illusion.

dude relax it seems like most people on here think this is an awesome idea but are just trying to help you make this more palatable to the threadless judges. there is something just a little off that makes this look like not quite a good SHIRT. i was wrong about the color: i think it's the placement/balance that needs tweaking. I like emem's idea of a wraparound. Or what if you bent the skull down so it was more vertical and elongated? anyway, good luck. if this were tweaked a little i would definitely buy.

i really like this design.
i would buy it! it deffinately has a trippy wonderland feeling - which i enjoy muchly :) -and i like the skull, it seems to balance everything out really well. |

Since you're going for an illusion theme, lose the 3D and use one of those black/white optic illusions for a background. 3D really isn't an illusion per se.
Also, the skull seems to have something to do with your life ending and death, not sure if that is what you were going for. |

This design is O.K. but, frankly, you're not being very open to what the community has to say. The point is to receive feedback not take everything personally and get up in arms about your concept.

About my design
The way we percieve time is merely an illusion.
I had a few ideas given to me about this one and the general opinion was pretty divided, but personally I think the 3d version works best with the concept.
I also choose not to over complicate things as I really like the design itself.
Hopefully you will too
