great work! i like the simpler version, gold with the white song. feather on the back would be neat, maybe smaller and at the bottom, like it's floated there? fantastic artwork; i'm cheering for that determined little bird!

I really like both colors, but I think gold's even better. I agree, the feather might be a bit smaller on the back, to make it look like it's floating.

Neat perspective. It's tough to pick a color scheme, but I'd go with blue on yellow.
