Designed for two gradient frames: 1) blue to white on magician suit body 2) yellow to blue on background. Plus colors: black, white, gray, dark red, and skin. Printed on a black t-shirt. For kids or babies, maybe another t-shirt color. The goal of this design is to do something different than a vector image, have more shading... have other types of prints on Threadless that are within painting techniques. This was originally done with acrylic and color pencils.

great coloring. I'd like to see the red toned down since it only appears at the bottom (and/or pop a red band around the hat and red onto the cards to balance it out).

I notice a slight inconsistency in the background color, especially at the bottom. That will be fixed, I hadn't noticed it because I was using a darker monitor.

About darkening the red, I've already darkened it from the original Critique submission. I also think there is a lot of balancing elements in the design: two doves, cards to the side, and I didn't want to balance every single thing... so I've not added a red rose or a red something at top to match the bottom. Magicians use very simple suit lines and few colors (usually neutral), so it doesn't trick the viewer's eye. Cage cloths and magician curtains tend to be red, so that is the reason for this color selection.

As for the magic trick. I had considered adding the magician in full suit on the hand (it would look nice), but at the same time that would imply that the bunny be a full one, and I like the suit effect on the big character, so I switched the heads instead. I hope that explains it.
