Lose the "hangman" at the bottom of the gallows, and perhaps change the little countermark things into letters? Otherwise, pretty clever design.

I agree with everything FLCLmonkey said.
Just a thought, the H looks like 2 t's to me, or it did at first then 5 minutes later i was like OH. So when I first saw it I was like "oh thats clever, its impossible to have that word so the guys doomed..like all those games where the words are absurdly impossible to get" Then i was like "ohhhh "Help me" got it. and its still awesome somewhat random, maybe you can use that tidbit of first impressions. Like it on the blue's the best |

I say lose the "Hangman" text and the whole red base, so that it looks more like a sketch in a notebook, rather than the Official Travel Hangman Activity Book

take the red out of the paper! then lose the "hangman" text at the bottom. choose a different font for the H_ L P M_.
