I like the style but I think you need to play with the colors a bit. When I first looked at it I noticed the similarities, not the fact that 3 have holes and one is a button...that looks like a hole. I had to read your description before I got it. Maybe the ipod button itself should be a different retro color so it would contrast better with the shirt color. If it was the orange or green you could say its a Creative Zen or something.
