Beautiful and disturbing. I like this a lot. Is the placement centered? It looks slightly off/odd in the model.

I agree on the mixed feelings. It's a great illustration - good colors, good style. It seems a little awkward on a shirt, though. The lightness of the light blue pulls a lot of attention away from the other parts of the design...
