I think it would be better without the cop

Don't listen to these guys - fine as is, although you could lose the cop.

JoeMonster on Jan 22 '08
ok i'll make the cop optional.

and now that threadless has opened the pandora's box of printing goodies, you can make the whole pocket embroidered, like the little guy is pulling an actual thread. do that, and i'm in. sweet!

thanks... that would be cool!

You're really in love with that guy in the long coat...me too, but I wish he was more than a reused silhouette.

thanks, i just wanted to see how many different ways i could use the little guy.

i agree, no cop needed.

if you want my opinion, make the guy bigger, on the right side of the shirt.

and yes, color options!

out of that, good idea! (:

Yea, I think making the silhouettes bigger might be a little nicer.

$5.

I think cop is OK. But the shirt color could be anything but this.

the layout of the ramaining thread from the pocket doesnt make sence, he would have had to pull up first then down as is depicted

JoeMonster on Jan 23 '08
hmm... having a hard time trying to make sense what you're talking about...

The missing part of the pocket implies that the pickpocket had to pull up on the string before pulling it down, because of how it disappears in the middle of a line. That doesn't really make sense, but neither does a miniature guy stealing a pocket, so I wouldn't worry about it. It probably looks better this way anyway.

thanks shakethesheets for the explanation!

I'd buy it. the design is strong enough without the cop.

I think the cop finishes the concept. He's catching the dude in the act of vandalizing the t shirt. I don't think it would make alot of sense with out the cop.

it made me laugh but I don't like the black on cream. It could be anything - white on green, black on light blue, etc etc etc.

and I like the cop, just move him in closer.

good design, just not on cream / natural, ugliest threadless colour ever! looks dirty 24/7
