She looks more chinese than french, you could have darkened the eyebrows, so that it'll make her look french and some red lipstick perhaps

Hey Guys , I just read all of your comments. I think just aleitos get me. I never attend to blaspheme or ruin Amelie at all. I m her first fan, this movie is my favorite. What I tried to do was a caricature or a parody. So everything is inverted.

for example , the movie is rich in colors and very busy, here it s black white and red and feels empty.

The spoon , so you can recognize her ( in the movie poster she hold a spoon, I think it is a funny tool).

The simplistic ( poor) drawing, I wanted to make it look like a kid drawing , to show the purity , innocence , simplicity and beauty lof the story.

She is crossing her eyes because amelie is in her world in the world, and I just wanted to add something that can make you smile a little bit.

+ Amelie look great to us but for some people she can look a little silly but in the good way.( like I said , she is in her world)



I hope my explanation in english was clear enough ( i m french ) ,and help you understand what I tried to do.

I really think this tee shirt would look cute , specially on little girls.
