it's just like a poorly executed facial hair club for men with maybe a better idea behind it. but it's a pretty bad ripoff overall, it's even on the same color shirt... weak.

If you look at earlier pictures of the Beach Boys a few of them had the slicked side part.

Hawk definitely comes BEFORE the seagull. Punk was born in the 70s, Flock of Seagulls were an 80s group.
