I think the text might be misconstrued...

I think the text looks out of place, especially the speech bubble.
you should try drawing that part by hand and seeing how it turns out. |

the bird doesn't really fit dimensionally with the scare crow, it's almost as if they were from two different drawings

i think the text distracts from the art.

i think that if you even out the proportion (not all the way but a little) of the crow vs. the scare crow and remove the text, it would be a $5. I really like your design but the text is a distraction and it is also unneeded... it takes away from it when you have to explain it.
