What I like about this is the fact that it doesn't actually say "lick bush" anywhere (that I can see. I still don't see what it says in the background.) However, I think this image could have been carried a lot further. There's an opportunity for a subtle political message in this design. Right now it's just comedy. Give it a little edge that makes people think. You can just make it funny for comedy's sake, but I think you're missing a great opportunity.
