I think the text can go. If you need text to explain what you're trying to do, there's normally something wrong with the image itself, but I think this one conveys it nicely without words.

I think the same as randroid and savrona, keep the text change the font because they usually have the word "recycle" beside the logo, don't they?

Maybe you should show the baby in a cradle or something along those lines? Right now it kind of just looks like the guy's crawling. I also think your lines need to be cleaned up a bit. At least stick with the same style. If the man's hands and feet are squared off, then that's what you should do with the baby's.
