Once upon a time there was a submission with a 'chinese' guy on the design. It had a straw, conical hat, long eyes and a very faint moustache. No one liked that stereotype, why is everyone liking this one? I wouldn't buy/wear it sorry.
People went nuts about a mexican stereotype just the other day. He was reaching for a lightbulb saying "Mexican't". The t was a cactus. I remember that Chinese one was pretty awful though. There's a difference between a "cartoonish" depiction of someone and a derogatory stereotype. You just have to throw it out there, let the public decide.
I'd probably get jumped if I wore that in Texas because of the blatant stereotype on the front. But the design itself is nice. Personally, I wouldn't wear it, though.
Is this shirt making some sweeping generalizations about a race? I think it's just one character... And I didn't think there was a stereotype about fishing in cacti.
my oh my, Again with the stereotypical mexican discussion?
I´ve suffered it on my own post, the controvesial Mexicanñt which didnt do so good on score, but hey...It might get printed with the new rule.

Also, I have to agree with frickinawesome. It's funny, cute, and a nice illustration, but probably not quite enough for a print.
