Is this supposed to be "lighting never strikes twice"? If so, shouldn't the title be Unlucky Tree?

I thought it was supposed to show how lightning actually strikes, with positive streamers coming up from the ground, but after reading the name I think it shows a tree that was missed by three bolts of lightning. In other words, a lucky tree.
