I'd like to thank everyone who's taken the time to comment so far- you are all jolly marvellous fellows. If you want to see the hi-res version, here's a nice lazyperson's link Mandelion

Thanks! Edward Gorey? No, alas, I'm not. I hadn't thought about it, but maybe it is a bit Gorey-esque- I only know the pics with the unfortunate children, forgotten what they're called

This is so artful and clever, so funny yet profound... and it looks smashing on the shirt as an added bonus. $5

This is brilliant! Such a great concept and the illustration is just perfect. I like it on light blue... hmm, it would also look amazing on a silver select tee. $five$
I love the concept and the execution... good job!
I would buy it if it was on a grass colored tee and placed across the chest. 5 |
...and just when I was getting fed up with all the dandelion designs, this came along and blew me away (ha ha)
LOVE IT! |
i agree with primeapple - keep it on the bottom and print larger if it fits - and it's perfect! i hope this makes it! $5

i likes this a lot and everyone else seems to as well! I'm even more impressed if you're edward gorey because i think he might be dead, tho i might also be wrong there! ace!

intense. Such a nice connection between humans and the nature we come from. I'd like the text as well below it.

Hi helo- please see my blog (link at the top) for a coloured version
Thankyou all again for the comments! |
I love the style and the black and white.
I think it looks best on yellow with the yellow placement. 5$ |
I guess I can stop my dandilion seeds in the wind design that was going to be my first submission...pissed off but obviously i love the idea
super super super! please on the chest, I hate designs on the rims, that's where I tuck my shirt in in winter and where it's crumpled in my lap in summer!
2.98?! Aww, thank you all so much, I'm really pleased with that. Thank you to all who voted and took the time to comment, it seriously means a lot. I owe you all a drink.

I owe you all a drink. How about some dandelion wine? ;) Congrats on such a great score! I look forward to seeing this printed. :) |

Here's a link to a color version

Big thanks for all the rallying cries- the chances are getting pretty slim, but it's always nice to see someone remembers your design!
it's not getting printed???
it must get printed. (try the colored version, maybe...? i like that one better...:) |
Nah, it don't look like it D:
Unless something spectacular happens in the next three days :D Someone offered me $100 for it... |
Just discovered this, and I think it's truly beautiful. I especially love the washed-out colour version. And it should definitely include the text on the design.

This would be such a great addition to the Threadless catalogue... witty, wistful, and beautifully drawn. I would even buy it on yellow, and I look terrible in yellow.
Dear Threadless
I know you don't want to make this into a tee, but don't you think it would make a lovely poster? No? Ok. Love from Baron xxx |
So many people would buy this as a tee or a print. It would be insane not to print this in some form.
