With the formation of the Pint Sized Detectives - and their prompt crackdown of mischief in the greater Hodge county. Esmeralda Cockbottom and her wicked sidekick Skankly were regularly retreating from the scene of some spoiled crime by way of her emergency Sandwitch Buggy. With a hearty cackle and swift retreat - she would shout insults back to those rotten kid detectives and be off into the night to plan for another dastardly deed.
