I thought it would be fun to print it on opposite sides for man and woman so if they were ever to stand next to each other, it'd look like the sharks are at it...

make it more apparent that's a manhole, like have a manhole cover next to it or something...otherwise it's a total 5

i'm really into this concept... but two things:

i agree that the manhole needs to be executed more clearly.

also, the placement is off. it's a little suggestive having an angry, man-eating shark leaping out of a hole that is placed directly above the fly of their jeans. it looks like the manhole and ladder are leading directly into their pants.

unless that was intentional...

i like that the shark is seemingly materializing out of a sewer hole. That alone is worth a few points.

i love the hand and waves and arm and blood, but the hole and ladder make no sense to me and don't really help.

i don't think anyone is overanalyzing anything. it's a funny idea but the first thing a lot of people will say is "why the hell is there a shark leaping out of your p***y?!" and i, for one, would NEVER wear it.

this would be a $5 from me if the placement was shifted.

SoulfumeInc... In which case whoever did your poster ripped off a illustration that was published in "Annual Illustrators"... I'm not mad... I think it's cool when another designer takes what you've done and takes it to the next level... But in the case of your band poster, He/She kind of didn't...
