I like the bottom right placement. And he sort of reminds me of the dad from dexter's lab. In a good way of course.

I like it, seems just a bit cliche, but that makes it all the more fun. The facial expression is amazing and has the feeling of, "this always happens to me". Lends itself to bottom placement

needs more cats and dogs and should be much bigger. Also the tire behind the guy confused me at first. I thought it was the handle on the umbrella. Add more contrasting colors and that will fix that and brighten it up, although I do understand its supposed to be a gloomy rainy day. Great retro feel
