yes. it deserves higher. Don't worry, your design is really innovative.
What will happen is when threadless prints this, people will be more tolerant on other shirt designs, not just the illustrated comic joke type. And subs like this will score higher. So threadless, if you're sticking to revolution, print this! and other designs like this! |

I think most Revolution subs will not score very well. That being said, this design is awesome and deserves a much higher score.
