it would be nice if you could partly see the other pictures as well, like you are holding cards in the hand. good illustration, but probably not on a blue shirt.

i think the note would be better off without the first line, so it sounds more threatening. "your choice" is a little awkward.
"give me your phone number or say goodbye to the duck" is a little more forceful. |

I'd rather just "Say goodbye to the duck" in a more messy/angry arrangement of the cut-out letters. And I agree with losing the left-justification.
