At a first glance I didn't notice that it was in a cats mouth and I only noticed after trying to figure out what the tongue bit was meant to be.

i think the design could have a stronger connection between the style of the tongue and the style of the background cat shadow. other than that, love the concept!

Scene two would be the birds being eaten by the cat, which is shown by the big cats mouth which surrounds the whole design.
The third one is the dead birds, shown by the feathers on the back of the shirt.
