That needs to be Dr. House in the middle there. Standing over them with his wry grin like the overlord of medicine. I like the five guys in the foreground, but not the big guy or the topgun like symbol in the background.

I thought it looked a little barren without something for a background and it made the general look like a giant. But if it doesn't work, it only takes one click to turn off those layers. Is there anything that would look better?

I like the colors and design overall, but yeah, maybe get rid of the symbol and the big guy at the back. I think it would look a lot cleaner without them...
