It's the attack of Literacy! Featuring all of the authors listed on the shirt in full, pulpy glory... I love books, and reading, and have been dying for a good excuse to draw authors I admire... Plus I love old pulp covers and grindhouse movie posters, so I combined the two! For a detailed view, cut and paste the following into your browser:

Danrule: Thanks... I thought about the using literati thing, and realised that the word 'literati' reflects any men of leters, where as this shirt reflects simply authors of classic novels... Also, I found it funnier as almost a threat of the ability to read or be literate... However, if enough people dig the idea of it changing to literati, I could totally do that :) Also, your designs rock socks, so getting feedback it pretty fantastic :)

batastrophe: Good point... I tried to keep the authors minimised to 25, and mostly to writers from before 1950, as there are so many more modern classic authors who I'd like to include.

uncleslam: I could loose some of the distressed look if a lot of the threadless voters have a problem with it... Anyone else mind the distressed look? I personally think it makes it look more like pulp/grindhouse posters/covers, but perhaps it's too much?
