8 colours with some use of gradient shading with the yellow & orange (monsters belly, egg yolk etc but could be flat if needed). I really like the large placement on the tee so have included it as a final option (click "MODEL VIEW"). On the original pen drawing the purple beast was nicknamed "meat-monster".
