It has a knife in its hand. I don't control the Threadless t-shirt template, so if you can't make out the detail, complain to them, not me.

I also noticed you hadn't submitted any designs yourself...

incase you haven't looked around yet, most users upload both a template and zoom ins of the design. so we can "complain" about it. if we can't tell what the design is, it's very hard to judge it. you could always upload a high res image of your design elsewhere and link us to it.

aside: just because someone doesn't design doesn't mean they can't have an intelligent opinion on what bad or good design is.
