Really cool drawing. I think the lamp looks awkward though and a second shading color (something complementary) would really make this stand out.

Yeah I was also reminded of Spike Spiegel, but anyways this drawing is SICK. AWESOME.
I would almost get rid of the gray though because it's not even noticeable to me and seems unnecessary, so I would just make it yellow. And a bit smaller overall. Frickin' $4 man, awesome work.

Love the drawing, and I like it large on the shirt. The gray is a little distracting, and I find the shadow of his arm a little awkward and also somewhat distracting from the main image, but I would buy it.

Yeah, my brother is into Cowboy Bebop and Spike is one of my favorite animated characters, but I didnt even notice the similarity until after I was done and he pointed it out.

Crushed lapel moment! Love the lamp that makes it all possible. One little light and we see the mega gun melted and magnified down the wall. AND THE SMOKE!!!! The slice of grey at the window is restrained to perfection. This artist is maturing, and still has the spunk and fun of new creativity. He repeats the circle of the lamp in light-frame of the picture, and then punctuates it with the round shade-pull and its big shadow. A ready for prime-time artist.

I like this design- but I wish the grey light of outside didn't extend beyond the frame provided by the lamp-light. It becomes distracting.
