I like it, but I would bring it down a little on the shirt, maybe make the design smaller. Reminds me of the fashion illustrator Antonio, he did a whole series of shoe transformation drawings.

On a wearer in real life the image on the shoulder will be covered by an over shoulder bag. Ditto if the wearer has long hair.
