I can appreciate the 1st one, but the this version does it for me...good job

I think it would be better as a combo of the 1st and 2nd ones. The torturer dude in this one looks too juvenile and ridiculous; I liked the other one better in that it looked more well-executed.

good point by primeapple. the lighting is so dramatic--i guess it depends on whether you want a more Sin City-type feel or more of a kids' comic book.

About my design
I don't know how do you say that in English. In Spanish, when you want somewho to confess a crime or something important, you say: "Habla!" So... Talk? Speak?
Or is the title right ("Own Up!") right now?
However, I hope you like it ;)
