love it! soo cute, but I really wish the pencil was also sketched, it seems out of place being so colorful.

yeah when i had this critiqued the big problem was the pencil. originally it was sketched but people thought i should change it to make it look more realistic. i guess it's a matter of opinion...

sigh...i guess you decided not to put the new pic back onto the notepaper...that is too bad. it really gave it depth and reference.
it is still good, but since i have the idea of the notepad, this version just doesn't do it for me...

Love the idea up front, but the awkward butt-bump in back, and neck-pain inducing sketch on the right kinda bring this down a notch for me. I like the realistic pencil and I wish there were some realistic pencil shavings around the character and the notepad lines woulda added some depth as well like movemyshirts said. Nice idea that needs a bit more time in the think tank to truly come out shining. Good luck to you!
