Two color print: Black & School Bus Yellow

Shirt: Light Yellow

No astronauts were harmed in the illustrating of this t-shirt.

funny idea but i'd like to see all of the spaceman, it looks weird with just his foot cut off.

A+ for concept, well executed too, though the foot would be helpful^^ Great job!

I'm surprised nobody noticed the plant from old Star Trek...the one that sprayed spores in Spock's face and made him get all cuddly. ;o) He's high...spaced... ;o)

It took me a second but then I thought it was pretty funny, haha. I just don't like the huge black void. I think it could work without it, or maybe even put it on a dark navy shirt to begin with. Great idea though!

I'll agree with the re-doing this on a dark shirt... As it stands 5... On a dark shirt, you'd get the $ as well!

Agree with the foot...everything else is perfect, especially the 'foot/skid print"...5...$ if you put in the foot...all you need to do is draw in the foot 'outside' of the star space...

Thanks for the feedback. As this is my first submission, I'm not sure I can even go back in and edit the foot once it is up for scoring. Please advise if I can.

The foot bleeding off into the negative space of the shirt was just a lead-in device for the eye to flow into the astronaut. Apparently it is getting a negative reaction. I'm not that partial to it, so I would definitely change it if that's what the Threadless populace wants!

aaah! this is the funniest sub i've seen in a long time!!! not the style of shirt I usually wear, but absolutely 5 for concept and illo

The yellow blotch on the visor is a reflection. Maybe of a nearby large star, maybe of a giant glowing banana. Space, the Final Pun-tier.

Well, looks like the footless area was intentional, his leg could be behind his body. After all he is slipping. I think it looks fine the way it is. I know I wouldn't want to see a stick figure 'naut floating in space. It's a fun and interactive shirt, almost looks like he's getting sucked into a black hole where his foot could have been.
Good Stuff.

As soon as i got this, i adored it. But you might need to show the foot and maybe some yellow gunk floating around to help the joke a bit more into instantly funny territory? I agree about re-doing this a bit for a 5$. Still, a really nice piece as is.

I don't mind the leg going into negative space but, to me, it looks like his leg is actually hooked over the shirt design. As though his leg went from this bit of outerspace to an outerspace in a parallel universe. But anyway if anyone didn't already say (which they probably did ) you are allowed to clean up an image, if it wins, before going to print.

Funny. A darker colored shirt would make the banana stand out more and let the gag be more clear. I like it a lot though.

A black shirt would be a better choice. Have everything ELSE be yellow.

Love the idea. But it kinda looks like he's walking in the sealing. And maybe make only the banana yellow?
