I don't care for this either. A shirt needs to appeal to me as art and or craft. As far as your craft, it does not look like you worked very hard on this. There is no real illustration, and the desing is simple and imitative. It won't make the wearer look bad, but it is pretty innocuous.
Still, a shirt can have no game technically but be good art. It can be funny or thought provoking. This shirt does not succeed well there either. I assume this is making fun of gun fanatics (the huge automatics, the drips, the pastel colors), but it is too subtile. The message is overwhelmed by the familiar surface iconography. This kind of image shows up on Ambercrombie shirts so much it is hard not to tune it out immediately.
