I think the girl's dress would be better off red, and the musical note is unnecessary. If they print it like this, though, I'd definitely get it, specially if it's in the same yellow as you used for the main image. Too cute!

I would change the blue dress to something less vibrant, and make the bird less cartoonish...OR...you could put the bird and the girl in the cage together.
