IMO it could use a cleaning.
I get the whole concept, but a few things bug me...
Like how the truck's chassis is just sitting atop the axles... and how far the wheels stick out.
And is he lifting the truck? ...or what's with the placement of where his feet meet the ground with where the wheels are?
And the tabs on the right of the guy's torso... what's with them?
...and is that a tail?

I think it looks pretty good on the tee....

my main problem with it is that the vampire doesnt seem quite "together" with the ambulence

i like the idea but thre's something abut the execution that is bugging me and i can't put my finger on it...
