so.... these moles will heed the sign... and survive... by giving up their digging lifestyle?
or... they see each other... and realize that they've been digging so close to each other that they've compromised the structural integrity of each other's burrows, and by calling off their digging they or their offspring won't die in a cave-in? |

No! The point is the one on the left is wearing glasses and can read the sign! Duh! The other one isn't wearing glasses, can't see for crap, is confused, and going to enter the minefield and blow himself up.

That strange English is "teh sex". Keep the phrase, and make the glasses more obvious. I don't like cutesy animals, but this is still a 4. 5 with better glasses. -)
