Uh, it's a play on words. Of course the idea is Hair but it's funny to think that when she said Frog hair (a.k.a. Frogs don't have hair so you must be REALLY fine/good/well), she may have meant I was better looking than this super fly guy... Mr. Frog Hare. : )

AWEsome idea blending those two together since
they are both so hop and jump oriented.

My high school art teacher used to say this all the time, often while playing Patsy Cline records... He'd give his critique of a project and then say once we followed his advice it'd be lookin' "finer than frog's hair."

Then he would look over our shoulders and say, "Not bad for the rookie kiiiiid!"
