Get rid of the outline on the circle and you've got yourself a very nice graphic!

Too much detail on the bird, IMO. It should match the graphic style of the background and branches. Nice composition. Risk is so much area of ink.

Aside from it being a total rip off from the GRATEFUL DEAD's Wake Of The Flood album, it is a nice update

I really like the design concept, but he style is inconsistent between the elements (bird is highly realistic, background is highly stylized) and that turns me off a little. I think the one thing that needs to be changed the most is the stars. I don't have a problem with stars and sparkles in general, but these look like some kind of pre-made star effect/photoshop brush kind of thing. not like you really thought about it.
but, like I said, I really like the design aside from those things and with a little work it would be fantastic.
