this looks like you really didn't care to put any time in it.
the composition of the words inside the speech balloon is pretty awful, and it looks like you drew the stump in ms paint. needs a lot of refinement.
also the slogan isn't that good.

I agree that is could be spiffed up, but I like the speach bubble/slogan. 4.
