The tree bodies are very nice, I was about to submit something similar though! The birds take away from it.

Minus on the cut-n-paste birds -- need to be different and same style as rest of illustration...which is quite nice.

i agree that the birds take away from it, but on the other hand, without them, you lose a sense of balance. perhaps they can be replaced by other things like branches.

lovely! i would loose the birds though. three times the same exact bird that was copied and pasted which looks like from another picture looks like you got lazy. the face itself is all you need!

I think this would be so much better without the birds...Maybe with an alternative like stars?
And if you were to keep the birds, I'd suggest moving them to seem more uneven, because the two top ones draw attention to the wrong areas on girl tees, if ya know what i mean. |

FRICKINAWESOME on Dec 02 '07 Love the idea here and all the hidden things to hunt for, i just wish the main character's eyes and mouth were more organically found in the sky like Ste7en's "Sub-Conscious" underwater design, but in the sky. The lips or eyes could be clouds and the birds shouldn't go, just be done in other ways besides the one over and over.
