could be better integrated in the shirt, maybe by using dark blue lines and taking advantage of the t-shirt color itself ;)

I love the panda's expression! But lose the background.
The fish look weird to me. Their style isn't in keeping with the rest of the shirt. |

Perhaps instead of the background, have them sitting on one iceberg. put a few ripples around it to suggest water and use a blue shirt.
Also, maybe nix the ice cube? |
