This looks like it has a lot of potential, but as is it looks like the girl needs to be fleshed out a lot, it all looks really unfinished. Add some detail.

Pretty, but a bit plain. Perhaps some more added details like sakura flowers or more to the girl, or some background elements?

This is a great concept and the composition is superb. I love the cherry blossoms, but I think it needs more detail overall. (and it's kind of hard to see the girl against that background, more contrast?)
