He's a cool character. I think I'd like it better with the "mouth cords" just going all over the place instead of wrapping around.

i like it, but i'd like it more if you could do something about the end of the cord. less straight down, maybe? maybe just have it end parallel to the rest of the cord.

With the cord where it is, it's like a skull is pointing out and/or stabbing one's groin. But nice design otherwise.
