im not sure if i like all the squares. the ones behind the sketched image fit but the ones more to the left seem just random. i say off those and its wonderful :)

Thanks everybody, yea the squares to the left could be cut depending upon general opinion. Thanks to Triple E especially for his help with the design process. Everyone check out his Let it Out submission when it gets subbed.

playing in the rain on Nov 18 '07 This is the kind of stuff i would wear. I don't even wear my own stuff, but i like stuff that has simple colours, shapes, and some little bit of artistic-ness. Unfortunantly i don't think this is threadless material.

Why not? I love the art-stuff on threadless, personally. There are too many tee companies out there that can only turn out puns. This seems to have a home here. The art on here is often "artier", the puns--wittier, the cartoons--more clever. I'd love to see this design get printed. If I could five and buy this any more, I would. I can't wait to see more from this designer.

I don't mean to insult JeffTerry, i only mean that threadless has a nack for printing the cutesy stuff more so than stuff like this. take Shiroshok for example, the last two subs have been great. there has been a concept behind both of those, and they did great with comments. But they scored low because they don't fit the typical threadless whittyness.

Wow, I really, really like this. I would wear it, and I would keep the squares that other people are questioning so much.
Like playing in the rain, I would be surprised if TL printed this, even though it deserves to be printed, but it's less "consumer-friendly". It's too "edgy" for the masses, but I am entranced by the rough illustration coupled with the quiet color fields of the squares. $5 |

I love the drawing but hate the pastels. That's a pet peeve of mine. It's a shame, though, because I really love the drawing.
