Without the title, the shirt doesn't make sense. It looks like "he" refers to the dog. But I love the shirt idea.

I agree with Alpha on all counts. I hate to suggest anyone make things more obvious, but perhaps a dotted outline of the man would work?

maybe a little more detail. liek a subtle brick wall and sidewalk outline with the shadow of the invisible man to indicate what you're trying to illustrate.

I was gonna say the title is a way better sentence to put on the shirt as well.

I'd also have a pooper scooper dangling in mid-air to mak the idea even funnier.
