i could'nt really tell it was a ghost at first...and it still does'nt resemble a ghost to me...

It doesn't really look like a ghost. And it doesn't really look like a spermatozoa, either. I think it needs to look semi-transparent, and a few other ghosts in varying states of boredom in the background would be nice. If you do that, I don't think there would be any need for text, which is always better done without.
