Very interesting artwork, but the colors of this remind me of Ronald McDonald for some reason. I can't pinpoint what exactly it is about it, so sorry for not being more helpful with my comment.

I wouldn't be able to tell it was a heart if I hadn't of read the title. The fingernails don't look right, especially on the pinky and the ring finger. Yeah, too many tattoos and crazy things. The squiggles behind the hand make it confusing.
