oh and yeah indefinitely agree that you should try to put some different perspectives on the arrows. Maybe in a way where they all kinda point to the middle..if I'm making sense?

I'm confused by the perspective...like stephyd said, I think the arrows should all be oriented around the middle, as if we are looking straight at the target. Not in a perfect circle or anything, I like the crossed arrows.
Other than that, I love it.
