i dont like the background color.
maybe if you made the background seem more like the ocean or like a carnival... or both. i really like it though :] |

the "balloons" are screwing with me when i look at this, because im not sure what its supposed to be. but i like everything else.

first I thought those are balloons, looking closer I saw all the black mines. Haha awesome work.

I'm not sure how black the dark blue looks on your screens. I should have made it a tad bit lighter...

Really hard to tell that they are mines, and not just a black cloud. You should be able to add some shading to them to give them some more definition. I saw this in the critiques, and thought your first version was better, because it looked less black-cloud like
